black lizardfish. This is also called the Deep-water Greeneye. The black lizardfish is commonly found in the southern part of the oceans all over the world. This odd looking water creature has a length of 20cm and can reach up to 30cm. This type of fish lives deep down the sea with a depth of 1,500 up to 3000m.

Another odd looking sea creature is the black swallower. The binomial name of this type of fish is Chiasmodon niger. It has an odd looking appearance that is scary to look at. These are mostly seen in hot tropical waters that are 5000ft deep. The black swallower is a little fish that can grow with a length of 25cm.
